What's the difference between Simplicity + and Simplicity?

Great question!

Simplicity + has an eCommerce store built in and ready for you customize. We’ve done everything for you, including customizing your shop pages, and the checkout pages to be more effective for sale conversions. And of course, there is video instruction to show you how to customize everything including adding your payment method of choice.

Simplicity is for authors that don’t need or want to sell anything on their website yet. If you just want to show case your book(s) this is the perfect theme for you. And you can always add eCommerce later!

Do you offer support?

We’re here for you! Once you make your purchase you’re a part of our community! You’ll receive an invite to join our Discord Support server. Discord is 100% free to use and lets you chat with us in real time if you have an issue, and our office hours are open.

And you’ll be able to connect with other members of the community, show off your author sites and support each other!

How is the product delivered?

We want you to get started as fast as possible. Right after your purchase you’ll have immediate access to the template and instructional library.

What if I don't have a domain name or hosting?

You’re gonna need those! and we can help! Use the chatbot on the right. If no agents are available that’s okay! Leave us a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Or you can shoot us an email at help@tellourvisions.com

Will I have to install extra plugins?

If you’re installing Simplicity on a fresh WordPress install (which we recommend), we show you exactly how. It’s easy!

If you’re integrating Simplicity into an existing WordPress site, there’s a few more steps but we still make it easy for you!

On checkout there’s also the option to have us install Simplicity for you to save you even more time!

Will I have to buy something extra if I want ecommerce later?

Nope! If you want to add a store to your website in the future just install WooCommerce ( a free plugin) and you’re good to go!

Can I upgrade if I change my mind?

Sure can! If you decide you want Simplicity+ just email us, we’ll bill you for the difference and send it over.

Can you help me untagle my domain name from a third party?

We can certainly try! Email us at help@tellourvisions.com and tell us your situation. You can also use the chatbot on the right. If an agent is available we’ll be right with you, if not just leave us a message and we’ll be in touch ASAP!

Do you offer refunds?

Yup! Most companies don’t offer refunds on digital products. We’re not like that. We trust you, and we trust our templates. We’re 100% positive you’re going to love Simplicity and how easy it is to use. But if for any reason you don’t, you have 14 days to request a refund and you’ll get your money back, no questions asked.

Can I use this on a wordpress.com site?

Simplicity was made to be used on a wordpress.org self hosted site.

However, if you’re on a paid wordpress.com account that can use Elementor you can give it a try. We have not tested it on WordPress.Com but you’ve got a 14 day money back guarantee to give it a try!
